Winlock is a freeware for Windows –based  PC  which functions as a security program as it ensures that only authorized person can access sensitive information on your computer.

Winlock lets you restrict your users from accessing system resources like Desktop, system registry, Control Panel and you can also disable the hot keys and hide the start button and task bar. You can also set the time-frame of use of user since you can set how long can he/she use the computer. 

Winlock provides audio notification though and once the time limit is reached, the computer will automatically shut down.  It also has the functionality to deny access on several files and applications including access on USB and hard drives.
